Strategic Plan RFP
Hagerstown, MD – The Hagerstown-Washington County Industrial Foundation, Inc. (CHIEF) is seeking proposals from qualified firms with relevant and demonstrable experience for the development of a Strategic Economic Development Plan for Washington County and the City of Hagerstown in Maryland.
Firms interested in responding to this RFP should note that submittals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2012
CHIEF has designated the following officer as the primary contact for questions and/or clarifications. He is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
