Washington County Health System, Inc. is the parent organization of Washington County Hospital (WCH), Antietam Health Services, Inc., and the WCH Endowment Fund. WCH is a not for profit 274-licensed bed acute care facility, offering a full range of medical services. WCH serves as a regional Level III Trauma Center, houses an emergency department and has two urgent care centers. A new hospital is currently being constructed next to the Robinwood Medical Center.  This state-of-the-art facility will offer 267 private inpatient rooms as well as a larger emergency room.  Nearly 300 physicians represent more than 30 subspecialties at WCH.

Antietam Health Services, Inc. is a for-profit corporation that manages community healthcare businesses including Robinwood Medical Center.  Built in 1993 and recently expanded, Robinwood Medical Center is home to more than 50 offices and over 125 healthcare providers. In addition to comprehensive medical care, Robinwood offers complementary services like a pharmacy, an education center, and a durable medical equipment retailer.

Brook Lane Health Services is a private hospital, providing inpatient and out patient psychiatric services. Program areas include children and adolescents, elder care, special education services, substance abuse and pastoral counseling.

Western Maryland Hospital Center, operated by the State of Maryland, is a specialty hospital and comprehensive care facility that provides a wide range of health and rehabilitative services.
