been named as the new Executive Director for the Hagerstown-Washington
County Economic Development Commission (EDC).

(Hagerstown – October 7, 2002) Noel C. Williams, Operations
Manager of Fujicolor Processing, Inc.’s Williamsport, Maryland
facility, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Hagerstown-Washington
County Economic Development Commission (EDC). Mr. Williams will
complete the unexpired term, ending June 30, 2003, of Board Member
James G. Pierne, who recently resigned.
